ADVISORY BOARDS
Each business unit has its own advisory board composed of external and independent members. The purpose of the board is to support the director(s) and management in reflecting on various subjects regarding the evolution of the company, where the issue presents material elements regarding its existence, growth and sustainability. Members are also called upon to provide recommendations on strategic planning, corporate governance, policies aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable laws, risk identification and the financial performance of the company, and more.
